Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, drive home loan business growth in the assigned territory,



and ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with channel partners and local stakeholders, and monitoring market trends in housing finance. The role involves overseeing lead generation and conversion, supporting customer outreach activities, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with operations, credit, and collections teams to enable smooth processing, compliance with company policies, and sustainable portfolio quality.
