Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Polymer Scientist with 2–3 years of experience in a chemical or materials science laboratory environment.



The candidate will contribute to the design, synthesis, manufacturing, characterization, and testing of polymer-based sensors and advanced materials, while ensuring QMS-compliant documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and development of polymer based sensors.
• Design and development of manufacturing facility for sensors.
• Conduct polymer synthesis, formulation, and characterization experiments for sensor and material development.
• Perform analytical testing (viscosity, UV-Vis spectroscopy, DSC, GPC, etc.) to evaluate polymer properties and performance.
• Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with QMS and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, biologists, and regulatory specialists to support product development and validation.
