Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations for Ajasra Homes Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate ledgers, preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and supporting statutory compliance such as taxation and regulatory filings. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and documentation. This is a full-time,



on-site role located in the Greater Hyderabad Area, requiring consistent presence at the office and close collaboration with the finance and management teams.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in general accounting principles, including ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare basic financial statements, support budgeting activities, and assist with cash flow monitoring.
• Knowledge of local taxation, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting relevant to the real estate or construction sector (preferred).
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records.
