THE ROLE
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who understands that social media is more than posting content—it is about building a brand people want to follow, talk about and be part of. You will own day-to-day social media execution, trend-led content, community engagement and influencer collaborations, while ensuring every touchpoint feels distinctly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Own and manage social media profiles across relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand
presence and execution.
• Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, community
and product adoption.
• Plan and implement social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing and communication
strategy.
• Create and curate engaging social-first content across formats including copy, static posts,



Reels, videos,
stories and trend-led content.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, internet culture, beauty conversations and emerging formats, and translate relevant trends into on-brand content.
• Write compelling social media copy while maintaining a consistent, distinctive and consumer-friendly
brand voice.
• Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, DMs and customer queries in a timely and thoughtful manner.
• Monitor social conversations, feedback and online reviews, and identify insights or opportunities for the
brand.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, PR and communications teams to develop high-quality,
on-brand content.
• Coordinate content shoots and work with internal/external creative partners to bring social ideas to life.
• Identify relevant influencers, creators, agencies and industry voices aligned with brand and
