Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable digital solutions and growth strategies.



Daily activities include managing sales pipelines, preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with account management and marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. The role also requires regular communication through calls, emails, and online meetings to drive revenue growth and expand Mindologics’ client base.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and converting leads into clients.
• Strong Business and Account Management capabilities to understand client goals, manage relationships, and support ongoing growth initiatives.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present digital solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
