We’re looking for an energetic, analytical, and data-driven Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience managing Google and Meta advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute campaigns based on client objectives and target audiences.
• Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and launches.
• Monitor performance, costs, conversions, ROI/ROAS, and other KPIs.
• Optimise campaigns, audiences, budgets, and creatives for better performance.
• Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop effective ad assets.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and advertising policies.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.




• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of campaign optimisation, targeting, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Robust reporting and client communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Quora Ads is a plus.
• Freshers with Internship experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Google Ads Certification or equivalent required.
• Meta/Facebook Certification or equivalent required.
• Additional digital marketing certifications are a plus.
