Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Weskill’s recruitment and candidate engagement activities. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist with sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, screening applications, and maintaining candidate databases and records. The role includes coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates,
and supporting the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding assistance. The intern will also help draft job postings, update recruitment materials, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. This position offers exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition processes and collaboration with the HR and operations teams in a flexible, learning-oriented environment.
