Happy English School, Sharad Vihar is looking for a warm, responsible and enthusiastic Pre-primary Mother Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with young children and be able to create a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for Pre-primary students.
• Support children in developing foundational language, numeracy, social and motor skills.
• Create an engaging, joyful and inclusive learning workplace.
• Use creative activities, stories, games, music and hands-on experiences to make learning meaningful.
• Observe and track students’ learning, participation and overall development.
• Maintain effective communication with parents regarding the child’s classroom experience and progress.
• Ensure the safety, well-being and discipline of students throughout the school day.




• Collaborate with co-teachers and the academic team for classroom planning and school activities.
• Participate in school events, celebrations and other academic or co-curricular activities.

Qualifications
• ECCE / D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. / B.El.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience teaching Pre-primary students is preferred.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• A patient, caring and positive approach towards young learners.
