The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Partner based in India to work closely with the UK leadership team.



This is an embedded Talent Acquisition and HR role rather than a traditional recruitment agency position. The successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment activities while also supporting HR operations and the wider employee lifecycle.
A key focus will be identifying and engaging experienced engineering professionals in the competitive UK market. The candidate should have a good understanding of technical engineering disciplines and be comfortable communicating with engineers, senior managers and business leaders

• Develop job descriptions, role profiles and recruitment advertisements.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and other channels.
• Headhunt and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification calls.
