About The Role
We are looking for an organized and service-oriented Associate – People Operations to support the day-to-day administration and operational activities of the People & Talent function. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes, office administration, employee experience initiatives, and operational support for the India GCC team.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations Support
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of People data.
• Assist with HR letters, employment documentation, and policy administration.
• Support employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate probation confirmations, employee changes, and offboarding activities.
HR Systems Administration
• Update and maintain employee information within HR systems.
• Support data audits and reporting activities.
• Assist with HRIS transac
