We’re looking for a highly hands-on Senior Systems Administrator with strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 experience to support our Hyderabad office and broader IT environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Hyderabad. It is not remote or hybrid.

We need someone who can independently troubleshoot problems from start to finish across cloud infrastructure, identity, networking, servers, endpoints, and applications. This is not a vendor-management or meeting-focused role. We are looking for someone who gets into the systems, diagnoses the problem, makes the necessary changes, and owns the resolution.

What You’ll Do
This is a broad, hands-on IT role. You will handle L1-L3 issues as needed while also supporting infrastructure, cloud, security, and technology projects across our India and U.S. offices.
• Troubleshoot issues ranging from laptops, applications, printers, conference rooms, and user access to complex Azure, Microsoft 365, server, and networking problems
• Provision and manage users, laptops, applications, permissions, and access,



including employee onboarding and offboarding
• Administer and improve Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, identity, and networking environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot office technology, network infrastructure, peripherals, and conferencing systems
• Support infrastructure, cloud, security, migration, and other IT projects
• Work directly with employees, leadership, and IT team members in India and the U.S.
• Take ownership of issues and projects through resolution
• Create transparent, practical documentation for systems, changes, and solutions
• Use PowerShell or other scripting where practical to automate repetitive administrative work
