About Rivaka Ventures

Rivaka Ventures is a venture studio. We don't just invest in brands; we build them from the ground up. From the first idea to launch and growth, our team creates and scales new consumer and technology ventures, each with its own audience, voice, and mission.
Content is how every one of our ventures meets the world, and we're looking for someone to lead that creative work across the studio.

The Role
As an AI Content Creator at Rivaka, you will be the in-house creative engine for multiple ventures at different stages, from brands that are just being born to ones that are scaling fast. Using generative AI tools, you'll create content at speed, shape distinct brand identities from scratch, and keep every venture's output consistent and on-strategy.

You'll work directly with the Founder's Office, which means you'll see how new ventures are conceived and launched, and your work will shape how they show up from day one.

What You'll Do
• Help define the visual and tonal identity of current ventures as they launch
• Plan, script,

and produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms using AI video, voice, and image tools
• Create static posts, carousels, thumbnails, banners, and ad creatives for each venture
• Write hooks, captions, scripts, and copy that build audiences and drive conversions
• Build and maintain style guides and prompt libraries for every venture so AI-generated content stays consistent
• Plan and manage content calendars across multiple ventures at once
• Repurpose content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
• Track performance, share insights on what's working, and iterate quickly
• Test new AI tools and formats, and bring fresh creative ideas to the studio

•

What You Bring
• A portfolio of AI-generated content you've created yourself (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, or similar
• Strong
