Job Description: Political Marketing Team Lead / Project Manager

Location: Maharashtra Experience Required:7–8 years (as a Team Lead in political/campaign marketing)

Reporting To: Founder / Director

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Team Lead / Project Manager to drive strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns for senior politicians and public leaders. This is a high-ownership role - you will run the show on the ground, manage a team, and act as a trusted advisor to the client.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for senior political leaders' campaigns
• Build, lead, and manage a team across creative, content, digital, ground, and research functions
• Set clear accountability and ensure smooth execution across all fronts of the client's marketing universe
• Act as a confident point of contact for the client — advise, suggest, and consult on marketing and communication decisions
• Track and analyze the political landscape — read emerging narratives, events,



and developments that could impact the client positively or negatively
• Anticipate risks and opportunities, and recommend timely course corrections
• Stay on top of recent trends, tools, and formats in political and digital marketing
• Drive research-backed decision-making across campaigns
• Handle crisis management properly

Who You Are
• 7-8 years of experience leading teams in political marketing, campaigns, or a closely related space
• Prior experience working with senior political leaders from any political agancy in Maharashtra is a must
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking — able to connect the dots in complex, fast-moving situations
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas and pushing back respectfully when needed
• Proven people-management skills — you can build a team, delegate well, and hold people accountable
