The role involves engaging with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, providing counselling, managing follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into enrolments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, be comfortable with targets, and follow a consultative approach when interacting with candidates.

• Manage the complete admissions cycle from ??????? ??????? ?? ?????????.
• Handle and convert leads generated through social media, masterclasses, walk-ins, referrals, and outbound calling.
• Conduct high-volume calls and structured follow-ups with prospective candidates.
• Understand candidates’ educational background, career objectives,



and requirements.
• Conduct ???-??-??? ??????????? for candidates who qualify through the entrance assessment.
• Explain the training programme, curriculum, career opportunities, and available placement support clearly and accurately.
• Address candidate queries and objections and guide them through the admission decision.
• Conduct outreach to ????????, ???????? ???????, and relevant student communities across Ahmedabad.
• Maintain accurate lead, interaction, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Track the admissions pipeline and ensure timely follow-up at every stage.
• Achieve individual and team-level ?????????, ??????????, ??? ??????? ???????.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from admission to programme commencement.
