• It would be a blended process for 95% outbound and 05% inbound.
• Associate will be required to make telemarketing calls using dialer and manual
resources and make them a prospect for the product/services we offer.
• Associate will make calls using pre-arranged scripting by following the filters and criterias
• Up on qualifying the client, associate will transfer the call to Counselor in-house
• Associate will handle inbound calls of our perspective clients and will enroll them in to the product and services we offer.
• Associate should be ready to work in 24/7 and 365 module though company operates
from Monday to Friday but hence can call associate to work on weekends when required
• Associate must have more than 1 year experience in outbound sales in US. Must have US calling or call handling experience.
• EXCELLENT communication skills.
• Salary date is 10th of every month.
• Incentives are being paid on weekly and monthly basis (Up to INR 2 lac)

• Shift Log in from 7:00PM IST till 4:30 AM IST (Based on Day Light Saving )
