We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in both RxClaim legacy technologies (COBOL/IBM i) and modern Java-based application development to drive the enhancement, maintenance, and modernization of critical Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) solutions supporting RxClaim Batch Loads and Extracts (BLE) and related business functions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in transforming legacy business capabilities into scalable, maintainable,



and cloud-aligned solutions while ensuring the ongoing reliability, performance, security, and compliance of critical healthcare applications. This position requires a robust balance of hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence technical direction across multiple workstreams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across the software development lifecycle, driving the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale solutions within the RxClaim ecosystem
• Work across IBM i (AS/400) applications, high-volume batch processing systems, APIs, event-driven integrations, and Java-based services while partnering with architects, product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to advance strategic modernization initiatives
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directive
