Required Years Of Experience –
8-12 years' overall experience in data, analytics, reporting, data science, or a related field.
2-5 years of people management, team leadership, or squad leadership experience, ideally managing analysts.
Demonstrable experience leading analytical delivery, stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, and developing colleagues.
