Role Description
The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Rigzen Services Private Limited in Ahmedabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the entire business development cycle, including lead generation, outreach, client meetings, and proposal presentations.



The role includes nurturing prospective and existing clients, understanding their startup support needs, and recommending suitable legal, certification, funding, and compliance services. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate scoping, and timely delivery of services. Daily activities include maintaining CRM records, preparing sales reports, supporting marketing initiatives, and representing Rigzen at events or networking forums to expand its market presence.
Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and convert high-potential opportunities.
• Solid understanding of business and startup ecosystems, particularly in the areas of legal, funding, and compliance support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct client presentations and negotiate agreements.
