NextDimension AI is building the operating system for specialty medical practices. The company deploys autonomous AI agents that handle the full scope of operations (patient scheduling, care coordination, billing, and workflow automations) so practices can run leaner and patients get a better experience. Founded by AI and technology leaders from Google, Amazon, and Visa, along with seasoned operations experts, NextDimension AI brings together large-scale engineering experience and deep domain knowledge.

About the Role
This is a Founder's Office role. You will design and run NextDimension's operations: how we hire, how our teams work, how we measure quality and how we deliver. You work directly with the Founders and see every part of the business, which makes this one of the fastest general-management learning curves you will find.

The one rule: if you do something twice, you automate it. We expect you to use AI to do the work of three people.

Build the team
• Own every engineering, AI/ML, operations and product hire from intake to joining.



Our next 10 hires are yours to find and close.
• Source like a founder: LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri communities and referrals. Use AI to research candidates, personalise outreach and screen at speed.
• Build a hiring machine that measures itself: pipeline, scorecards, interview loops and weekly metrics.

Own quality metrics for every team
• Work with each team lead to define the 3–5 metrics that show whether their team is doing excellent work, such as delivery predictability, bug escape rate or customer go-live time.
• Build a live dashboard, review it monthly with leadership, and turn every miss into a fix.

Redesign how we deliver
• Map how work actually flows across product, engineering, delivery and GTM. Find the bottlenecks, broken handoffs and duplicated effort.
• Redesign the workflows and project cadence, automate them, and prove the change worked with data.
