Role Description The Growth & Ops Expert will manage the overall business and revenue goals. The role will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for MissPoppins’ consumer-facing app and marketplace in a remote, contract capacity. This role includes analyzing user behavior and growth metrics, designing and executing growth experiments, and optimizing funnels for both families and providers. The Expert will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to develop and implement marketplace strategies,



including referral programs, partnerships, and sales initiatives. Day-to-day work will involve setting and tracking KPIs, managing growth-related projects, refining onboarding flows, and continuously testing new approaches to increase marketplace liquidity and revenue.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• 5+ years of qualified experience required, 10+ years preferred
• Strong analytical skills, including experience interpreting marketplace metrics, running experiments, and making data-informed decisions.
• Growth hacking and sales skills, with a track record of driving user acquisition, activation, and conversion in consumer apps or marketplaces.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across remote teams and influence stakeholders.
• Project management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple growth initiatives in parallel
