Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across departments. This role involves managing workflows, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring inventory and supply chain performance, and ensuring that operational processes support timely delivery of healthcare products and services to customers. The Operations Manager will implement and refine standard operating procedures, track key performance indicators,



and address operational issues to maintain efficiency and compliance. The role also includes supervising staff, optimizing resource utilization, supporting budgeting and cost efficiency, and collaborating with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.
