About Us
Blackmont Consulting is an advisory firm, not a full-service execution provider. We may get hands-on with part of a client's process to test or improve an approach, but we don't typically run a client's operations end-to-end on their behalf.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, performance-driven internship, not a passive or observational one. You'll own your own pipeline from prospecting through to signed agreements: researching potential clients, reaching out and following up, developing tailored proposals, and coordinating with your manager along the way.

• Independent & outreach-ready: Comfortable with cold outreach; prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement.

What We're Looking For
• Time commitment: Around 5 hours per week.
• Responsiveness: Reply to team communications within 48 hours.
• Client project minimum: Close at least one client project per month (your first may reasonably take 5–7 weeks).
• Meetings & reporting: Attend onboarding and weekly team meetings, and keep your manager updated.
