As a Sales & Back Office Coordinator, you will combine commercial support with administrative and organizational coordination for the Benelux. You will ensure that quotations, orders, licenses, invoicing, and customer data are handled accurately and efficiently.

In addition, you will support commercial activities, organize meetings and events, and take responsibility for various administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of the Benelux organization.

You will combine commercial support, customer contact, administration, and organization. This gives you the opportunity to gain insight into different aspects of the business and play an important role in the continued development of the Benelux market.

What will you do?

• Manage quotations, order processing, and license administration for customers in the Benelux.
• Follow up on invoicing and outstanding payments and coordinate basic accounts receivable activities together with the finance department at headquarters.
• Support the qualification of incoming leads and ensure accurate commercial follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate meetings and appointments with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Support the organization and practical coordination of customer events, partner activities, and local events.
