Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gorakhpur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities on assigned project sites. The Site Engineer will supervise site execution, coordinate with civil engineers, supervisors, and workers, and ensure work is carried out as per drawings, technical specifications, and government standards.



Responsibilities include monitoring quality control, conducting site inspections, managing work schedules, and supporting timely completion of roads, drainage, building, and infrastructure works. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, preparing progress reports, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
