Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The Voluntee team member will coordinate and support daily volunteer activities, including scheduling, task allocation, and on-the-ground assistance for community programs. Responsibilities include communicating with volunteers and partner organizations, maintaining records of participation, and ensuring events run efficiently and safely.



The role involves preparing basic reports or updates on ongoing initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing ideas to enhance engagement. The team member will also help orient new volunteers, respond to inquiries, and uphold Voluntee’s values in all interactions.
