Role Description The Senior Branch Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading branch operations and achieving business targets. This position oversees sales activities, manages and mentors the branch team, and drives customer acquisition and retention across the company’s life insurance segments.



The Senior Branch Manager ensures compliance with regulatory and company standards, monitors performance metrics, and implements strategies to improve branch productivity and service quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales campaigns, building relationships with customers and local partners, resolving escalations, and providing regular reports and insights to regional leadership.
