General Description Of Role
We’re looking for a Scrum Master (3–5 years’ experience) to support an agile delivery team, facilitate effective Scrum practices, and help the team deliver a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements. This role offers robust exposure to agile ways of working, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement,
with a clear growth path towards broader agile delivery leadership over time.
You will primarily support an agile delivery team by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team ways of working, and supporting predictable delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on agile delivery experience who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and is keen to grow into a stronger agile facilitation and delivery leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
• Support an agile team in delivering a prioritized backlog of features and enhancements.
• Facilitate or support Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
• Coordinate with Product Owners to clarify requirements and maintain a delivery‑ready backlog.
• Help the team plan sprint goals, manage dependencies, and maintain visibility of delivery progress.
