Primary Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements & functional specifications
• Able to determine the impact of changes in current functionality of the system
• Able to handle SAS Algo dev assignments independently, end-to-end SDLC
• Interaction with diverse Business Partners and Technical Workgroups
• Drive Algo optimization and innovation in the team
• Should be flexible to collaborate with onshore business, during US business hours
• Should be flexible to support project releases,
during US business hours
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge
• Adherence to the defined delivery process/guidelines
• Drive project quality process compliance
• Builder Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and versatile work arrangements
Required Qualifications
• 12 + years of development experience on SAS BASE, SAS Advanced
• Working exposure to SDLC tools like Rally
• Worked on Orchestration tools esp. Airflow
• Working knowledge of Python/Spark and understanding of Azure data bricks
• Solid SQL skills; Strong working exposure on diverse relational
