About Butero
Butero is an artisanal patisserie in Bengaluru. We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager
Intern to run day-to-day store operations and be the face of the brand at the counter.
Key Responsibilities
• Fulfilling customer orders and ensuring a great in-store experience
• Managing stock and inventory, including stock counts and replenishment
• Handling day-to-day operations of the store
• Managing the POS system and the brand's online presence
• Purchase coordination with suppliers and vendors
Work Schedule
• 6 days a week
• 10 hour shift, including a 1-hour break
What We're Looking For
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling responsibility
• Valuable communication and customer-service skills
• Basic comfort with POS systems and social media/online tools
• Interest in food, retail, or hospitality.
Salary: 18000 - 25000 per month
