Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Facebook/Meta Ads Specialist. The specialist will manage the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Meta ad campaigns, including audience research, ad set structuring, budget allocation, and performance analysis. Day-to-day work includes developing data-driven media plans, crafting compelling ad copy and creative briefs, setting up tracking and conversion events, and monitoring KPIs to improve ROAS and lead quality.



The role also involves collaborating with designers and Webflow developers to align ads with landing pages, performing A/B tests on creatives and targeting, and preparing regular reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and optimization for conversions and ROAS.
• Ability to analyze performance data, interpret metrics, and use tools such as Ads Manager, Pixel/Conversions API, and analytics platforms.
• Experience collaborating on ad creatives, writing or reviewing ad copy, and aligning campaign messaging with brand and landing page strategy.
• Skills in digital marketing strategy, funnel building, and understanding of paid social’s role within broader growth and acquisition efforts.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to man
