We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate and convert B2B opportunities for our Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities• Generate B2B leads and identify businesses that require CRM, ERP, automation, or business management solutions.
• Identify prospects who are using Excel/manual processes or existing CRM/ERP systems and may need improvement or migration.
• Reach out to business owners, decision-makers, and companies.
• Understand the prospect's business requirements at a basic level.
• Introduce relevant Zoho solutions and RGA Innovations services.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our technical team.
• Follow up with prospects and support the sales process.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information.




• Build long-term B2B relationships and referral opportunities.

Commission StructureCommission is based on successfully closed projects:
• Up to ₹3 Lakhs: 7%
• ₹3 Lakhs – ₹6 Lakhs: 10%
• ₹6 Lakhs – ₹10 Lakhs: 12%

Commission is calculated on the project value excluding applicable taxes, subject to the agreed commercial terms.
Requirements• Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or IT/SaaS sales.
• Valuable communication and negotiation skills
