Title: Financial Literacy Trainer
Location: Schools will be assigned between Cuffe Parade and Borivali. (Frequent travel can be expected)
Type: Full time
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Timings: Between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging and interactive Financial Literacy sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach concepts such as budgeting, saving, banking, investing, entrepreneurship, digital payments, and responsible financial decision-making using age-appropriate examples.
• Use activities, games, case studies, simulations, and real-life scenarios to make financial concepts practical and easy to understand.
• Plan sessions, manage classrooms, assess student participation and progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with schools and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum implementation,



attendance, and other programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Financial Literacy, Commerce, Economics, Business Studies, training, or teaching will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal finance, banking, investments, budgeting, and other fundamental financial concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable travelling across Cuffe Parade and Borivali based on assigned school locations.
