? We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager – Government Tenders
Are you an experienced professional with strong expertise in Government Tenders, Procurement, Bid Management & Business Development?
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the complete tendering lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to bid submission, government coordination, negotiations, and post-award management.
? Location: Hyderabad – Somajiguda
? Experience: 10–15 Years

? What You’ll Be Handling
• Identify and evaluate opportunities through Government & e-Procurement portals
• Manage end-to-end tender preparation and submission
• Prepare technical & financial proposals, cost estimates, and bid documentation
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Technical teams, vendors, and consultants
• Manage pre-bid meetings, tender clarifications and negotiations
• Build and maintain relationships with Government Departments, PSUs and tender authorities, and clients by visiting them regularly
• Handle EMD, tender security and performance guarantees




• Maintain tender databases, credentials and statutory/non-statutory documentation
• Monitor awarded projects and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Manage key government accounts and upcoming tender opportunities
• Prepare consortium agreements and MOUs wherever required
• Researching new opportunities in the market and working on them
• Team coordination
• Detailed analysis of recent projects and ongoing projects

? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 10–15 years of relevant experience in Tender Management / Government Procurement / Bid Management
✔️ Strong knowledge of GeM and e-Procurement portals
✔️ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tenders and tight deadlines
✔️ Strong understanding of government procurement policies and compliance
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and e-tendering platforms
