Scholastika is looking for an accomplished Lead / Senior ServiceNow Engineer for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity with a large enterprise workplace.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on — someone who can take an ambiguous business requirement, turn it into a sound technical design, build it, integrate it, deploy it and stand behind it in production.

Locations: Bengaluru | Mumbai | Hyderabad
Experience: 8–12+ years overall, including 5–7+ years of deep hands-on ServiceNow engineering
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
CTC: Open — we would rather discuss the right compensation for the right engineer than force a strong candidate into an arbitrary number.

What makes you a strong fit?
You should be genuinely hands-on with ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Glide APIs and enterprise integrations. The role requires strong experience with IntegrationHub, RESTMessageV2,



Scripted REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, MID Server, CSM/Case Management, Configurable Workspace/UI Builder and Flow Designer/Workflow Studio.

Just as importantly, you should be comfortable owning production systems — troubleshooting integrations, APIs, workflows and platform issues rather than simply escalating them elsewhere.
We are NOT looking for a predominantly ServiceNow Administrator or purely functional consultant.
This is an engineering position for someone who has personally designed, developed, deployed and supported complex ServiceNow solutions. CSA/CAD/CIS certifications, cloud exposure and experience integrating ServiceNow with AI/GenAI or enterprise-search platforms would be valuable additions.
