Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting Erow Precision’s Gears, Gearboxes , rivets and precision components in targeted markets. This contract role includes day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing quotations,



and following up to close opportunities. The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities, supporting product demonstrations, providing basic training to customers on product features, and gathering market intelligence for management. The position is hybrid, based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of on-site client visits, office collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility for planning, reporting, and online outreach.
