The Role

An excellent prospect has arisen for an HCPC-registered Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Renfrewshire Rehabilitation and Enablement Service. The post holder will manage a complex caseload of adults with multiple pathologies, delivering assessment, treatment, intervention and specialist advice within community settings, including service users’ homes. The role involves working both independently and as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team to support high-quality rehabilitation and enablement services.

Duration, Location, and Working Pattern:

• Permanent, part-time - 28.8 hours per week
• Shift pattern - Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
• Base location - Renfrew Health & Care Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex clinical caseload of adults with multiple conditions.
• Undertake assessment, treatment, intervention and rehabilitation planning.
• Provide expert physiotherapy advice across community settings.
• Promote independence and self-management for service users.
• Support the avoidance of hospital admissions and facilitate timely hospital discharges.
