We are looking for a proactive intern who can take ownership of day-to-day manufacturer coordination and ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
Role Overview
The Manufacturing Coordination Intern will work closely with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to initiate communication, schedule meetings, track discussions, coordinate requirements and ensure timely follow-up until the required action is completed. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication and comfortable with regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with manufacturers on a regular basis through calls, WhatsApp,
email and other skilled communication channels.
· Identify and contact relevant manufacturing partners as per business requirements.
· Schedule and align meetings between manufacturers and the internal team.
· Follow up with manufacturers on meeting outcomes, quotations, samples, production updates and pending requirements.
· Maintain an updated tracker of manufacturer discussions, meetings, commitments and follow-up status.
· Coordinate internally to collect required information and communicate the same accurately to manufacturing partners.
· Ensure timely closure of assigned follow-ups and escalate delays or critical issues to the reporting manager.
· Build and maintain professional relationships with manufacturers and ensure clear communication.
· Support the team in vendor/manufacturer onboarding, documentation and basic coordination activities.
