Team Lead – Robotics Data Collection and Annotation

Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management:
• Team Oversight:• Lead and mentor a team of Robotics Data Collectors and Annotators, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a team-oriented and high-performance work environment, ensuring team members meet their goals and contribute effectively.
• Help the team with the troubleshooting and fixing the issues we face on Ubuntu/Python/VS Code and other platforms

• Project Management:• Oversee the planning, execution, and timely delivery of data collection and annotation projects.
• Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, metrics, and project progress to management. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Training and Development:• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities for team members.
• Promote best practices in prompt engineering and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.





Operational Excellence:
• Quality Assurance:• Ensure the team consistently produces high-quality data and annotations for various Robotics actions which we will perform.
• Implement and oversee processes improving the prompts for a better model training.

• Process Optimization:• Identify areas for improvement in Robotics processes and workflows.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Collaborate with other departments, including Data Science, Research, and Development, to align Robotics efforts with overall project goals.
• Act as a liaison between the Robotics team and the management and other stakeholders.
