About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of enterprise-scale platform experiences, with a focus on Identity & Access Management (IAM), authorization, and digital platform modernization. This team is seeking a strategic product leader who can drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance security, simplify user experiences, and enable scalable digital growth across the enterprise.
In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact platform capabilities, partnering closely with business, technology, design, risk, and operations teams. You will influence enterprise-wide product strategy, solve complex business and technical challenges, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve customer experiences, strengthen platform capabilities, and create measurable business value. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, technical depth, and the ability to influence outcomes across a highly matrixed organization.

In this role, you will:




• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to shape digital product strategies, initiatives, and long-term platform investments.
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex digital platforms and experiences.
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex business and technical challenges across multiple functions and the enterprise.
• Drive large-scale, cross-system initiatives that improve customer experience, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver innovative, long-term solutions requiring strategic thinking, creativity, and advanced analytical skills.
• Influence product decisions through customer insights, data analytics, emerging technologies, and market trends.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, design, risk, and business teams to align on priorities and execution plans.
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership
