About Role:
We are an IT services company with solid expertise in digital marketing, looking for a Business Development Executive / Sales Development Representative to drive client acquisition & conversion.
Experience Required:1 year - 3 years
Location: Mumbai Central
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads for mobile & web app development services
• Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update CRM with lead data
• Research target markets and client needs
• Use of AI to expedite outreach
• Use of AI to create professional proposals
Requirements:
• Experience in IT Services / Digital Agency sales
• Strong communication and pitching skills
• Knowledge of mobile & web development services
• Hands-on experience with CRM & lead generation tools
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
Good to Have:
• Experience in international client handling
• Worked on platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, etc.
