We're Hiring: Performance Marketer (Freelance / Remote)
Niche: Healthcare & Clinics | Meta & Google Ads

Traffic Monks is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who has hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns specifically for clinics, dermatology centres, dental practices, physicians, etc.

This is a freelance, work-from-home role. We have multiple clinic clients and need someone who can hit the ground running — no hand-holding, just results.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for clinic clients
• Managing budgets, optimizing for leads, cost per lead, and bookings
• Setting up and tracking conversions, pixels, and lead gen forms
• Reporting campaign performance weekly with transparent numbers
• Scaling what works, killing what doesn't

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing
✅ Must have worked with at least 5-8 clinic or healthcare brands in India
✅ Proven experience managing a monthly ad spend of ₹1,00,000 to ₹5,00,000+

✅ Demonstrated ability to generate leads at a CPL (Cost Per Lead) below ₹300–500 in the healthcare niche
✅ Experience achieving 3x–5x ROAS or better on campaigns
✅ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, conversion tracking, and pixel setup
✅ Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
✅ Must be able to share case studies or past results — numbers only, no vague claims

What You'll Need to Share When Applying:

• Total ad spend managed (lifetime)
• Niches you've worked in — Clinics experience is mandatory
• Best CPL achieved for a clinic client
• Revenue or bookings generated for any one clinic client
• Portfolio or case study (even anonymised is fine)

Engagement Details:

• Freelance / Remote / Work From Home
• Monthly retainer basis
• Immediate start preferred
