YOUR ROLE
As a Project Engineer, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals to:
• Support BESS installation, site execution, testing and commissioning activities.
• Assist with electrical wiring, cable laying, termination, earthing and equipment inspections.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documents.
• Support pre-commissioning checks, functional testing and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Coordinate with site teams, supervisors and OEM representatives.
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection checklists and commissioning records.
• Follow site safety procedures, quality standards and approved work instructions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Solid fundamentals in electrical or electronics engineering.
• Fluent English communication skills — mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India and overseas.
• A practical approach to problem-solving, teamwork and continuous learning.
• A disciplined attitude towards safety, quality and project deadlines.
? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• ₹25,000 in-hand per month for freshers.
