Director of Marketing:
We are seeking a creative and organized, director of marketing who will implement positive marketing initiatives for our growing company. Ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can lead a team of marketers to success. Director of marketing applicants must have extensive experience in sales and marketing, thrive in a rapid-past environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives
• Educate marketing team on brand identity
• Lead business development, advertising campaigns and pricing strategies
• Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
• Oversee social media marketing platforms
• Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
• Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
• Direct and oversee all design and advertising ventures




• Create and adhere to marketing budgets
• Train, and manage marketing team, including performance reviews
• Present frequent progress reports to executives

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software (Dynamics, Excel, CRM)
• Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
• Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
• A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks

Salary fixed 100000 INR
Bonus 50000 INR range
