What is the opportunity?
This role will be responsible for supporting and executing scalable processes, systems, and analytics that drive retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Renewal Reps, Revenue Operations GEO leads, Customer Success, Finance,



and Product to help ensure a seamless and predictable renewal experience. Here's more:
• Renewal Operations Support: Support execution of the renewal operations strategy, including forecasting inputs, pipeline hygiene, and process improvements.
• Process Execution: Execute and maintain workflows that support timely, accurate, and productive renewals across customer segments, flagging gaps or bottlenecks for improvement.
• Quota & Compensation Support: Assist Revenue Operations and Finance with data and analysis to support renewal quota, territory, and incentive structure decisions for AEs and renewal reps.
• Systems & Tooling: Support automation and system improvements in Salesforce and other GTM tools, helping build and maintain renewal workflows, reports, and alerts.
• Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track renewal performance, churn trends, and forecast accuracy; surface insights
