Summary:

We are looking for a technology leader with 12–16 years of experience across application development, system integration, GenAI/Agentic AI and technology delivery. The role will lead teams and workstreams across the SDLC, identify high-value AI and automation opportunities, translate business problems into technology solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and value streams to identify opportunities for GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, modernization and process transformation.
• Lead the design and delivery of application, integration,



GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring effective integration with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and external systems.
• Own delivery across scope, schedule, resources, budget, dependencies, risks, quality and milestones while coordinating multiple technical teams.
• Partner with business, product, architecture and technology stakeholders to prioritize use cases, demonstrate solutions, track outcomes and drive adoption and reuse.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of application development, SDLC, system integration, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud applications, OOP and software engineering practices practical experience with Python and another OOP language is preferred.
