Must-have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
• Hands-on experience developing AI agents using LangGraph, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI
• Strong development experience in Python
• Strong expertise in LLM / AI application architecture and solution design
• Experience deploying AI applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins / GitLab
• Experience with Terraform / CloudFormation
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Strong understanding of NLP and Transformers
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and Microservices
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ,



or other event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of MLOps / LLMOps and large-scale AI deployment
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with OpenAI API
• Experience with LLM/SLM fine-tuning, including GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, etc.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
• Experience defining AI reference architectures and roadmaps
• Please do not share generic AI/ML profiles
• Candidates must have hands-on Agentic AI experience using LangGraph, AutoGen and/or CrewAI
• Robust Python, cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, and AI solution architecture experience is required
