Job description:





• Leads multiple teams for the specialization across the country in the delivery of services and takes ownership of overall budget and people management to support business growth and client satisfaction
• Leads the implementation of initiatives that drive efficiencies in operational processes both internally and externally; identifying and mitigating risks and impediments
• Develops and directs initiatives aimed at increasing client retention and ongoing client feedback loops specific to Professional Talent Solutions service offering and products, leads client presentations, manages client relationship business reviews
• Implements commercial strategies specific to Skilled Talent Solutions to increase the value of high-potential client accounts through enhanced service offerings and tailored partnerships, understanding clients' industries focusing on quick scalability and cost-effectiveness
