Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat and Gujarat. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing current business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Capstone Media’s presence in the luxury invitations and corporate gifting market. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting product and design solutions, negotiating contracts and pricing,



and coordinating closely with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, participate in industry events or exhibitions, and continuously refine strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications
• Strong business development and B2B/B2C sales skills, with proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow key accounts.
• Experience in client relationship management, including effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of luxury products, design-focused businesses, or event management sectors; prior experience in printing, stationery, or corporate gifting is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze market trends, segment target customers, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Comfort working on-site in Surat, collaborating with cross-functional tea
