KindVoice connects Seekers — people who want someone to talk to — with volunteer Listeners through private voice conversations. The platform is built. We now need help finding our first communities and learning what makes people trust, try and return to it.
This is not a conventional social-media role. We are looking for a community builder, not someone focused on content calendars or impressions: a person who discovers what works through conversations and practical experiments.
You will work directly with the founder and have considerable freedom to test ideas, share honest feedback and help shape our approach.
What you will do
You will find places where potential Seekers and Listeners already spend their time and identify respectful ways to introduce KindVoice.
• Find and engage potential volunteer Listeners.
• Introduce a manageable number of current Seekers to KindVoice.
• Build relationships with community organizers and potential partners.
• Establish and develop appropriate KindVoice social and community channels.
• Talk with early users and gather honest feedback.
• Test different communities, messages and acquisition approaches.
• Identify problems with our messaging, onboarding or user experience and turn successful experiments into repeatable practices.
You will have a short weekly conversation with the founder to discuss what happened, what you learned and what we should try next. We expect you to tell us when something is not working — especially when something is not working.
