About This Role

You own every external email and SMS sent to students and guardians, from enrolment through re-engagement.



You report to the Chief Marketing Officer. They own marketing strategy and brand. Everything else on the communications calendar is yours.

The standard here is different in two specific ways. First, the way you write: a student welcome, a guardian welcome, and a 160-character class SMS all land differently, on purpose. Second, you do not send what you are given if the information is missing or unclear, or it contradicts itself. You ask, then you chase until you get an answer. Then you send.

You start solo.

This work currently sits across other people. You make it a dedicated function, and you turn one-off sends into journeys that run without someone watching them. By the end of month three, you will have mapped the communications calendar across enrolments, onboarding, class updates, events, reminders, and re-engagement, shipped the first automated enrolment-to-first-class journeys in HubSpot (student ve
